CSG Systems handles billing, printed materials, and a wide variety of recurring transactions on behalf of service providers across North America. Combined, their solutions touch more than 45 million households nationwide. Their production facilities produce and distribute 65 million printed documents nationwide.

Judy Knight, CSG's Senior Facility Manager at their Omaha facility, has been working with Miller Electric for 25 years, 12 of those with CSG. In that time, she and CSG Systems have come to rely on Miller Electric as a partner. The Omaha production facility runs 24 hours a day, constantly printing, sorting, and readying bills for shipment. The single facility sends out three semi loads of mail every day. And if a load doesn't go out, CSG misses SLAs and pays penalties. With that kind of tight tolerance, having an electrical contractor who can respond fast and get it done right is critical.

"Being able to have a company like Miller Electric available that I can call any time of day or night is huge," said Judy during a 2010 interview, "...if we call them at 2:00 in the morning, if I call them at 8:00 in the morning, they're there for us."

On a recent project, CSG needed to move printers for modifications to the actual print floor. But they needed those printers to keep running in the temporary location. Miller installed temporary wiring, working with other contractors on site to keep everything up. Any delays might have caused CSG to miss those all-important SLAs. But they didn't: the project went off without a hitch. It's just one project of hundreds Miller Electric has completed for CSG systems over the years.
